ONLINE RETURN POLICY

  • The Company doesn't provide any return policy.  
  • Customer can only make a product return if the products sent to them was wrong size, wrong colour, wrong product sent, unforseen damaged by our staff, discolouration, uneven shape or size, and any other product quality issues that was unseen and unchecked by online staff before sending the product to the customer.
  • Refund of the product must be made within SEVEN (7) days of receipt provided it is UNWORN, UNWASHES, UNALTERED, UNCENTED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED and ORIGINAL PACKAGING returned.
  • Delivery of wrong items send back to the company's approveed addresss by the customer are to be bear by the company.
  • Company to use repeat charge with the courier company whenever customer's product return by putting the money in the delivery bag.
  • Refund of the money and all related charges will be paid from the company's bank account once the items has been recieved by the company.
  • Online staff who are prepared and sent the wrong product to the customer must be the person responsible in handling the return and refund.
  • Staff to prepare an incident report form whenever handling return issues.
  • Incident report must be send to Operation Manager, Finance Department and Directors.

ONLINE REFUND POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

  • The Company do not provide any cash refunds. 
  • Customer can only change for another product which have same cost or higher value.
  • To change the product  must be done within SEVEN (7) days of receipt date. The product must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNSCENTED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
  • All prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
  • If there are any price difference , customer have to to up the differences.
  • Product change are subject to availability.
